Returns & Refunds

1. If the item is not as described or damaged, you return the item to our address and we will issue full refund and shipping (less RM 5 for customer in Malaysia and USD 3 for all over the world.). Complaint and return shipping should be made within 3 days of receiving the items. Return address will be provided.
2. If you don't like the item, or change your mind, you can have full refund and return to us (US address). We will issue full refund but the shipping cost is on the customer. Complaint and return shipping should be made within 3 days of receiving the items. Return address will be provided.
